Program Collective | Siggraph – Splash: real o virtual?
PROGRAM COLLECTIVE was conceived by four designers and artists working as equal creative partners across disciplinary boundaries. Each partner has worked in fields spanning architecture, design, semiotics, communication, museology and museography for more than a decade and they all share an interest in the application of the new technologies to create multisensorial experiences.

Siggraph – Splash: real o virtual?

Artistic collaborators from PROGRAM COLLECTIVE address the creative challenges and opportunities that emerged in designing a multimedia installation experienced by over one million people: SPLASH, a 74-foot real macro icon produced by computer-integrated manufacturing and conceived at the virtual micro-scale using particles, fluids, and dynamic-simulation tools.
